📋 Description

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies and networks supporting programs, new business opportunities, and proposals • Use analytical and quantitative methods to understand, predict, and enhance supply chain processes • Assemble data, analyze performance, identify problems, and develop recommendations supporting program planning and operations • Monitor key performance indicators and analyze cost-to-serve performance data • Coordinate cross-functional work teams to increase supply chain initiative effectiveness • Analyze production planning, material procurement, inventory control, rate setting, outsourcing, vendor selection and retention, expediting, and distribution • Monitor contract compliance for logistics service providers and other suppliers • Develop analytical reports and analyses supporting supplier negotiations • Report operational performance measurements and purchase price variance analysis • Support negotiations with third-party providers • Coordinate with departments, distributors, transporters, storage facilities, and suppliers • Conduct low to medium complexity sourcing processes • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• BS/BA degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field • 8+ years of experience in supply chain analysis, procurement, or logistics, preferably within aerospace or another regulated manufacturing environment • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with experience developing performance metrics and cost-to-serve models • Experience with production planning, inventory control, and vendor selection/retention • Working knowledge of FAR/DFARS procurement requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/supply chain planning tools • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present analysis to cross-functional stakeholders • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • US Person (Citizen or Permanent Resident) required • The position may be subject to ITAR requirements
