📋 Description

• Learn critical skills related to means and methods used in construction of electrical substations, transmission lines, and renewable energy systems • Acquire a strong understanding of daily reporting, quality assurance/control, environmental compliance, and safety compliance • Stand in for the Field Construction Manager if needed • Assist the FCM with administrative duties associated with the project • Provide secondary supervision of subcontractors’ activities • Support safety, quality control/quality assurance, daily reporting, and environmental compliance inspections

🎯 Requirements

• Be able to effectively communicate verbally and in writing • Provide clear leadership for all subcontractors involved in the execution of the project • Have a positive attitude and be able to work cooperatively with clients, colleagues, engineers, subcontractors, and clients • Have a sense of urgency and ability to push projects forward without sacrificing quality or safety • Subject to client-mandated drug and background checking • Must not require sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H-1B visa status) now or in the future
