📋 Description

• Learn and apply construction means and methods for electrical substations, transmission lines, and renewable energy collection systems • Support daily reporting, quality assurance/quality control, environmental compliance, and safety compliance • Stand in for the Field Construction Manager when needed • Assist with project administrative duties • Provide secondary supervision of subcontractor activities • Receive materials and maintain accurate material inventory • Support safety and quality control/quality assurance activities • Support daily on-site reporting • Conduct environmental compliance inspections • Report project-specific issues to the on-site Field Construction Manager • Support projects nationwide and reside at the project location for the duration of assignments

🎯 Requirements

• Entry-level position; no specific experience requirement stated • Effective verbal and written communication skills • Ability to provide clear leadership for subcontractors • Strong computer skills • Strong organizational skills • Positive attitude • Ability to work cooperatively with clients, colleagues, engineers, and subcontractors • Sense of urgency and ability to push projects forward without sacrificing quality or safety • Ability to travel nationwide and reside at the project location for the entire assignment • Must pass client-mandated drug and background checks • Must satisfy EPC Services Company’s auto insurance carrier requirements • Must not require current or future employment visa sponsorship • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
