📋 Description
• Manage and grow relationships with portfolio of strategic and mid-tier customers • Deliver differentiated solutions and achieve profitable growth • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Technical Support, Product Management • Achieve year-over-year revenue and margin growth targets • Act as the main face and voice to the customer
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree required • Graduate degree and specific credentials are valued • 5 years of relevant experience minimum • Experience using Salesforce CRM tool • Fluent in English (written and verbal) • Fluency in Spanish or Mandarin is valued • Required to travel to training events 2-4 times a year
