📋 Description

• Develop and execute global recruiting strategy for a private equity-backed SaaS organization • Partner with HR Business Partners, executives, and senior business leaders across North America and EMEA • Manage the full recruiting lifecycle from requisition intake through candidate acceptance and onboarding handoff, including revenue-generating roles • Engage passive candidates through direct sourcing, networking, referrals, and targeted outreach • Screen candidates and coordinate complex, multi-region interview processes • Lead senior-level and occasional executive searches across commercial, professional services, product, marketing, finance, legal, technology, engineering, IT, and other corporate functions • Conduct confidential searches and protect sensitive candidate information • Advise hiring managers and executive leaders, provide search updates, and reinforce timely feedback and hiring decisions • Manage requisition creation, approval, prioritization, tracking, and closure • Track recruiting activity, pipeline health, aging requisitions, and hiring progress • Administer and optimize Workday ATS technology, integrations, and enhancements • Partner on workflow design, testing, communications, implementation, and process improvement • Standardize system processes and automate repetitive recruiting activities • Build and optimize standardized end-to-end recruiting processes and frameworks • Provide clear, timely, and professional candidate communication • Develop sourcing strategies and campaigns using LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels • Maintain evergreen pipelines for recurring and strategically important roles • Manage external search partners and negotiate contracts, fees, terms, and service expectations • Develop regionally appropriate recruiting approaches and coordinate interviews across time zones • Partner with Marketing on social media posts, calendar, and strategy • Develop candidate messaging and create and brand job descriptions • Develop competitive offers with Finance, HRBPs, hiring managers, and budget owners • Create and understand employment contracts for Germany, the Netherlands, and the United Kingdom and employment offers for the United States • Present and explain offers and negotiate compensation and employment terms

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience, including executive recruiting or recruiting leadership • Experience recruiting revenue-generating Account Executives and other critical go-to-market roles across North America and EMEA • Demonstrated success independently managing full-cycle recruiting and passive candidate sourcing • In-house recruiting experience within a SaaS, technology, software, or B2B company • Experience advising senior executives and recruiting across multiple corporate functions • Proficiency with Workday ATS operations, recruiting processes, interview frameworks, metrics, and reporting • Experience managing agencies and vendors • Ability to manage concurrent searches and competing priorities during organizational transformation • Private equity-backed or sponsor-backed company experience preferred • Demonstrated understanding of the digital supply chain industry, including key market trends, technologies, and solutions that drive supply chain visibility, connectivity, automation, and operational efficiency preferred • Experience recruiting technical Product, Engineering, and Technology talent preferred • Experience developing global recruiting programs preferred • Experience reducing recruiting costs and external agency dependence preferred • Strategic, commercially minded recruiter who moves fluidly between planning and hands-on search execution • Highly organized, data-driven, consultative, and influential without relying on formal authority • Exceptional communicator and relationship builder who works effectively with executives and frontline hiring managers • Responsive and adaptable in a fast-paced private equity environment • Comfortable constructively challenging stakeholders • All employees must follow a security-first approach and protect company and customer systems and data
