📋 Description

• Audit paid claims for overpayments using systems-based queries, specialized reporting, and research • Handle complex issues involving coordination of benefits, Medicare, and medical policies • Collaborate with staff from other departments to ensure customer satisfaction • Work with contract managers to identify and correct contractual issues • Perform collection activities to recover overpayments • Maintain unprocessed cash and accounts receivable processes and cash applications • Research voluntary refunds for accuracy • Balance all accounts accurately • Discover, validate, recover, and adjust claims overpayments

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent • Minimum of 2 years of claims processing and/or customer service experience • Any combination of education and experience providing an equivalent background • Commercial and Government claims adjustment experience • WGS and/or Facets experience • AA/AS or higher-level degree preferred
