📋 Description

• Develop and implement pharmacy programs • Provide clinical consulting services to clients • Implement clinical information and education programs • Assist in developing formularies • Perform drug utilization analyses • Participate in and present to Pharmacy and Therapeutics (P&T) committee meetings • Manage client formulary

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS in Pharmacy • Minimum of 4 years of experience as a pharmacist in a clinical setting; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background • Requires a registered pharmacist • Must possess an active unrestricted state license to practice pharmacy as a Registered Pharmacist (RPh) • Medicare Part B prior authorization review experience highly preferred • PharmD preferred • Candidates must reside within a commuting distance from an office unless an accommodation is granted as required by law • Certain patient/member-facing roles require vaccination against COVID-19 and Influenza, unless an acceptable explanation is provided
