📋 Description

• Deploy ElevenAgents, ElevenLabs' enterprise AI platform, across U.S. federal agencies and state, local, and education organizations • Work with agency leaders, program offices, prime contractors, state and municipal departments, and school and university systems to identify high-impact AI-agent opportunities • Address citizen-facing, student-facing, and operational workflows such as benefits and licensing, 311 and contact centers, case management, admissions and student services, and internal service desks • Own flagship deals end-to-end, from identifying use cases and shaping commercial structures to navigating procurement paths through close • Embed with customer teams, including onsite work in secure federal facilities, and own delivery outcomes • Guide customers on agent design, orchestration, production readiness, security, privacy, and compliance requirements • Partner with Forward Deployed Software Engineers and Solution Engineers to build and demonstrate solutions • Present to technical teams, agency heads, and elected or appointed officials • Feed field insights back to Product and Research

🎯 Requirements

• U.S. citizenship • Active U.S. government security clearance for federal engagements • 3+ years in a customer-facing technical role with government agencies, a public sector systems integrator, or a government-focused technology company • Familiarity with public sector buying and compliance, including GSA schedules, OTAs, FedRAMP and ATO processes, state cooperative contracts, state-level security frameworks, and FERPA/CJIS/HIPAA where relevant • Comfort in deal conversations and long enterprise sales cycles with go-to-market partners • Basic Python and API integration skills • Familiarity with LLM and AI agent frameworks • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills • Track record of owning ambiguous, complex projects through delivery • Ability to work remotely from anywhere in the United States • Regular travel for customer onsites
