📋 Description

• Own calendars and time allocation for the revenue leadership team • Make independent trade-off decisions against stated priorities • Prepare executives for meetings with pre-reads, context, and required decisions • Support board and investor sessions • Capture meeting actions and follow up through completion • Triage executive inboxes and draft correspondence • Automate briefing preparation, triage, scheduling, and recurring reporting • Run board logistics, executive travel, offsites, and the revenue team's operating cadence

🎯 Requirements

• Experience supporting multiple senior executives in a high-velocity environment • Strong organisational skills to manage competing priorities, shifting timelines, and multiple stakeholders • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Proven judgment and problem-solving skills • Fluency with AI tools • Track record of automating own work • High emotional intelligence and discretion with sensitive information • Fluency in English
