📋 Description

• Support evidence generation across the HEOR portfolio • Contribute to comparative effectiveness and pharmacoepidemiologic studies, systematic literature reviews and meta-analyses, and cost-effectiveness or budget impact modeling • Design and execute observational studies • Support quantitative evidence synthesis • Contribute to development or critique of decision-analytic models used in HTA and payer submissions • Provide strategic insight and leadership into health outcomes evidence needs for Lilly’s portfolio • Develop and articulate product value propositions, patient reported outcomes strategies, real world evidence generation, and differentiation strategies • Drive integration of HEOR from early clinical development through commercialization • Develop and oversee health outcomes research strategy for compounds in relevant therapeutic areas • Serve as strategic partner on lead/core teams throughout development and/or commercialization • Formulate and drive patient-focused outcome, real world evidence, and/or economic value strategies • Apply technical expertise in statistical analysis, economic modeling, clinical trials, patient-focused outcomes, observational/epidemiologic research, and health technology or value assessment • Apply disease state knowledge and research methods to address registration, pricing, reimbursement, and access initiatives • Lead health outcomes evidence planning and implementation with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders • Communicate health outcomes information to internal partners, the scientific community, and customers • Lead research dissemination through abstracts, posters, presentations, promotional materials, and manuscripts • Ensure health outcomes projects meet timelines, budget, and scope • Maintain awareness of developments in disease states, health outcomes methodologies, and market needs

🎯 Requirements

• Doctorate (PhD, MD) with 3-5 years of experience in creating, executing, and delivering outcomes strategies/projects, OR PharmD/MS degree with 3-5 years of experience in creating, executing, and delivering outcomes strategies/projects • Strong comprehension and communication skills, including ability to translate and disseminate complex scientific information clearly and concisely • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate within and across teams • Understanding of health care systems in at least one of: US, Europe, Asia • Understanding of and experience with health care delivery models and clinical research • Technical and analytic capabilities in one or more of: economic modeling, economic evaluation, cost-effectiveness evaluation, patient focused outcomes, real world evidence, burden of disease, epidemiology, statistics, health care policy • Demonstrated ability to drive research agendas to completion and dissemination • Ability to think and act globally with a customer focus and a solution orientation • Indianapolis-based preferred; remote upon consideration • Domestic and international travel may be necessary
