📋 Description
• Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, and chat • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner • Listen actively to understand the customer's needs and provide appropriate solutions • Handle and resolve customer complaints • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions and transactions • Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience • Stay up-to-date with product and service knowledge • Identify and escalate priority issues • Follow company policies and procedures
🎯 Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent • Previous customer service experience preferred • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment • Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
