📋 Description
• Oversee all aspects of patient recruitment strategy and execution • Manage the Patient Engagement team and coordinate with key departments • Develop and report on key performance metrics • Innovate marketing tactics and manage marketing automation platforms • Conduct data analysis and research for continuous improvement
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in patient recruitment or similar roles • Proven track record in clinical trial marketing • Strong leadership and team management skills • Experience with CRM software, preferably Salesforce • Familiarity with industry regulations and ethical guidelines
