📋 Description
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned business units • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements • Build and maintain talent pipelines • Source candidates through various channels • Conduct candidate assessments and coordinate interviews • Provide market intelligence and hiring recommendations • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to build relationships with stakeholders and candidates
