📋 Description

• Develop, prepare, and deliver executive-level presentations, reports, and data packets in multiple formats, including dashboards, written summaries, and presentations, to support leadership decision-making • Collect, analyze, and synthesize data from multiple IT systems and sources, including ITSM tools, to produce accurate, timely, and actionable insights • Translate complex technical, operational, and performance information into clear, structured, and understandable communication for executive leadership, clinical stakeholders, and operational teams • Support transparency, communication, and value realization of Information Technology services and initiatives • Coordinate and enable IT communications, reporting, and data-driven transparency • Provide consistent visibility into IT initiatives, operational activities, and service performance

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Information Technology, Business, or related field, or equivalent substantial progressive work experience, certifications, and education • ITIL Foundation Certification within 6 months of hire • Epic certification(s) in one or more application modules • Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare IT environments • Significant exposure to Epic EHR/Environments
