📋 Description

• Collaborate with a qualified data operations and technology team to deliver performance improvement for women and infants collaborative • Participate in engagement teams to determine client needs • Lead data analysis and interpret data • Form initial recommendations from data interpretations, observations, and interviews • Draft deliverables for various audiences • Assist with implementing recommended improvements • Identify issues, form hypotheses, plan and participate in interviews • Synthesize findings and conclusions into recommendations • Support team deliverables and presentations throughout each project phase • Oversee Analyst work when requested • Maintain utilization targets for client billable projects • Create value through client interactions, data analytics, insights, and project participation • Participate in practice development and approved educational activities • Learn Premier technologies and services • Build and maintain dynamic, interactive data models • Lead process standardization and automation of client deliverables and internal tools • Troubleshoot Tableau workbooks, SQL scripts, Excel analyses, and related tools • Obtain data and execute, direct, or oversee analyses • Prepare verbal and graphic presentations • Participate in client interviews and use analytical methods to determine needs • Execute project plans according to statements of work and client expectations • Develop client presentations and deliverables communicating strategy and outcomes • Conduct analyses, write reports, and assist clients with implementing changes • Identify and communicate potential market opportunities to managers • Complete required annual training

🎯 Requirements

• 2 or more years of applicable experience • High school education required • Bachelor’s degree listed under preferred qualifications • Awareness of market trends and key competitors’ activities • Negotiation skills and effective approaches to closing the sale • Networking skills • Client and healthcare industry knowledge • Understanding of risk management practices • Ability to gather and research data using common tools and analytical methods • Statistical tools such as R, Python, SAS, or Matlab • Advanced Excel skills • Tableau and business intelligence experience • Strong analytical skills • SQL skills preferred • Lean Process Improvement and Six Sigma Green/Black Belt knowledge • Experience in healthcare, business, or finance • Demonstrated interest in healthcare performance management • Capability to lead and demonstrate value from efforts • Experience analyzing complex healthcare datasets and developing visualizations and presentations for data-driven recommendations • Experience with qualitative and quantitative data validation and analysis • Experience developing new methodologies and applying strategic problem-solving skills • Ability to remain stationary for prolonged periods • Ability to adapt, change priorities quickly, and meet deadlines • Attention to detail • Ability to operate computer programs and software • Effective communication with audiences in person and electronically • Ability to work collaboratively in close quarters with peers and amid interruptions • Travel 61–80% within the US
