📋 Description

• Own Ellipsis Health's marketing engine end to end, from initial awareness of Sage through earning customer business • Run the brand and demand-generation motion and translate clinical proof into scalable pipeline • Shape Ellipsis Health's outcomes-backed brand narrative and AI care-management positioning • Own brand awareness across events, thought leadership, customer stories, video, social, and account-based campaigns • Define audience strategy by segment, including health plans, health systems, and stakeholders • Translate business goals into MQL, SQL, and revenue targets, with channel and investment strategies • Design and execute demand generation across ABM, direct mail, email, LinkedIn, conferences, events, and strategic partnerships • Build reporting infrastructure to measure pipeline influence and CAC by channel and segment • Report results and performance against goals • Build and manage the marketing budget • Establish sales-and-marketing feedback loops, win/loss analysis, and pipeline reporting • Own brand voice, visual identity, tone, language, look and feel, and point of view • Build and scale the enablement repository with localized pitch decks, ROI calculators, and stakeholder-specific messaging • Own the content editorial calendar and consistent cross-channel narrative • Develop white papers, case studies, and clinical outcome briefs through copywriting and design

🎯 Requirements

• 10–12 years in B2B marketing • 5+ years in healthcare or health tech • High-ACV enterprise marketing track record, including mid-6 to low-7-figure deals targeting multi-stakeholder buyer networks • Track record across multiple growth tactics spanning brand and demand • Proven founding marketer who has built a marketing function from scratch at an early-stage startup • Exceptional writing, communication, copywriting, presentation, and deck-development skills • Track record of close partnership with commercial teams to drive deal closures • Bachelor's degree required • Must be located in the U.S. for remote work • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Must answer whether employment visa sponsorship will be required
