📋 Description

• Plan and manage one or more projects of varying complexity, priority, and risk • Design and develop business solutions across departments • Facilitate cross-functional and cross-organizational teams in a matrix-managed environment • Manage project communications, schedules, finances, issues, risks, and changes • Initiate corrective actions to ensure deliverables are on time, within budget, and meet quality standards • Select, develop, motivate, appraise, and make salary recommendations for direct-report project managers • Assist project managers with prioritization, issue resolution, management presentations, status reporting, and communications reviews • Build relationships with business leaders and maximize project productivity through resource assignments, training, monitoring, and coaching • Present proposals, reports, and findings to clients • Recruit, assign, direct, and evaluate employees and oversee staff competence development • Analyze technology, resource needs, and market demand to assess project feasibility • Confer with management, production, and marketing staff on project specifications and procedures • Review and recommend or approve contracts and cost estimates • Direct, review, and approve product designs and changes • Consult or negotiate with clients to prepare project specifications

🎯 Requirements

• Seasoned, experienced professional with a full understanding of industry practices and company policies and procedures • Ability to work independently and manage one’s time • Knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs and techniques for maximizing effective manufacture and distribution of goods • Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods • Knowledge of computer software such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, and Visio • Experience gathering business requirements • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field • 5–7 years' experience aligned to the selected title • PMI or PMP certification preferred
