📋 Description

• Lead day-to-day project operations and ensure successful contract performance • Serve as the primary liaison between program stakeholders, leadership, and project teams • Manage project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and performance metrics • Monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies and implement mitigation strategies • Oversee staffing, resource allocation, onboarding, and workforce planning activities • Prepare and present status reports, executive briefings, and program updates • Ensure compliance with contract requirements, federal regulations, and organizational policies • Coordinate activities across technical, functional, and operational teams • Track project budgets and support financial management activities as required • Promote continuous process improvement and operational excellence • Support quality assurance efforts and ensure deliverables meet established standards • Foster strong customer relationships and maintain effective communication with key stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, Project Management, or a related field • Experience with VA systems, processes, and organizational structure • Experience managing healthcare, IT modernization, digital transformation, or clinical support programs within the VA • 7–10 years of project management experience, including experience supporting federal government programs • At least 3 years of experience managing VA programs or contracts • Experience managing teams in a federal contracting environment • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, risk management, and performance management • Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills • Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and collaboration tools • Must be able to obtain and maintain any required federal background investigation or VA clearance • U.S. Citizenship required
