• Analyze work order, asset, PM, vendor, SLA, financial, and operational data to identify trends, risks, outliers, and improvement opportunities • Develop dashboards, scorecards, summaries, and visual stories translating complex data into actionable insights • Present findings concisely to operations, account teams, leadership, and client stakeholders • Own and execute operational analytics and continuous improvement projects • Identify process gaps, workflow inefficiencies, recurring issues, and opportunities for standardization • Develop improvement plans, track progress, validate results, and communicate outcomes • Convert lessons learned into repeatable processes, tools, reporting approaches, and training materials • Evaluate asset performance, PM effectiveness, reactive work trends, repeat failures, emergency work volume, high repair costs, and bad-actor assets • Support PM reviews, failure trend analysis, root cause analysis, maintenance optimization, and repair-versus-replace recommendations • Facilitate alignment among account teams, clients, and internal stakeholders to maintain data quality, process compliance, and audit readiness • Apply foundational reliability principles to improve asset performance and maintenance decision-making • Produce an annual CapEx planning report identifying and prioritizing replacement recommendations based on Customer and EMCOR criteria • Partner with operations, maintenance, account leadership, vendors, finance, procurement, technology, and client stakeholders • Support KPI results, reporting, operational scorecards, business review materials, and account-level performance summaries • Perform special projects, account initiatives, data validation, and other duties assigned by Operations and CI&R leadership • Travel approximately 10%–25% depending on project assignments and account support needs
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Operations Management, Facilities Management, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education, technical training, and practical experience • 3–8 years of experience in continuous improvement, operational analytics, facilities management, maintenance operations, reliability, manufacturing, engineering support, business intelligence, or a related environment • Experience analyzing operational or maintenance-related data and converting findings into recommendations • Experience supporting process improvement, KPI reporting, dashboard development, or performance management activities • CMMS platform experience preferred; Corrigo, Maximo, FEXA, or similar system experience desirable • Maintenance or facilities operations experience preferred, but not required if the candidate has strong data analytics and continuous improvement experience • Must possess a valid driver’s license • Strong written and verbal command of the English language required • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, data cleanup, Power Query, and trend analysis • Experience with Power BI or similar visualization tools required or strongly preferred • Ability to develop dashboards, scorecards, charts, and business summaries that support data storytelling • Experience working with CMMS, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Power Platform tools preferred • Ability to interpret operational data, identify patterns, and communicate meaningful insights • Strong interpersonal, organizational, time management, and self-management skills • Proactive and able to work independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines • Strong attention to detail, data accuracy, spelling, grammar, and proofreading • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to support internal and external stakeholder needs • Ability to occasionally walk commercial properties, maintenance areas, construction areas, mechanical spaces, or customer sites; climb stairs; access equipment areas; participate in site walks; and lift or move items up to 25 pounds • Must follow applicable safety requirements, customer site requirements, OSHA guidelines, and company policies • Certified Reliability Leader preferred • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt preferred; ability to achieve Green Belt certification within 12 months preferred
