âą Serve as the primary statistical Subject Matter Expert for US-based sponsor engagements and opportunities âą Provide strategic biostatistical leadership and consultation across clinical development programs and studies âą Act as a key sponsor contact, building relationships and providing scientific guidance throughout project lifecycles âą Partner with Business Development on proposals, RFP responses, capability presentations, bid defenses, and client meetings âą Support growth and expansion of Biometrics Functional Service Provider services in the US market âą Represent the Biometrics function during sponsor discussions âą Collaborate with global Biometrics teams to ensure high-quality, consistent, and timely project delivery âą Support establishment and growth of the US Biometrics function âą Contribute to strategic planning, resource development, and operational initiatives âą Participate in recruiting, mentoring, and developing future Biometrics team members âą Help define the strategic direction and operational framework for the US Biometrics capability âą Ensure statistical activities comply with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company procedures âą Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction
âą Master's degree or PhD in Statistics, Biostatistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative discipline âą Minimum of 10 years of biostatistics experience within a CRO, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or clinical research environment âą Strong expertise in clinical trial design, statistical methodologies, analysis, and interpretation âą Demonstrated experience serving as a sponsor-facing statistical lead or SME âą Experience supporting business development activities, including proposals, bid defenses, RFP responses, and client presentations âą Commercial awareness and business acumen âą Strong understanding of the clinical development process and applicable regulatory requirements âą Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills âą Ability to build credibility and influence across sponsors, senior leadership, and cross-functional teams âą Experience working within global and geographically dispersed teams âą Strategic mindset and ambition to help build and shape the growing US Biometrics function
