📋 Description

• Define and oversee end-to-end architecture, security design, and technical strategy for a large-scale federal program • Lead overall system architecture and technical design across Non-Class, IL5, and IL6 environments • Define OCI cloud architecture and security design for cross-domain data movement and mission operations • Architect secure data flows between classified and unclassified environments • Provide technical leadership and direction to engineering and DevSecOps teams throughout the system lifecycle • Design and oversee AI/ML solutions for multi-modal datasets including text, imagery, signals, structured, and unstructured data • Ensure security architectures align with OWASP principles and federal cybersecurity requirements • Oversee source code vulnerability scanning integration within CI/CD pipelines • Interface with Oracle, subcontractors, and government stakeholders for technical alignment and issue resolution • Support security authorization and compliance activities, including eMASS documentation and artifacts • Ensure architectures align with federal standards, customer requirements, and large-scale program constraints

🎯 Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship required • Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance • Active U.S. Secret Clearance/T3 Background Investigation or higher preferred • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience) • Minimum of 16 years of relevant professional experience • Minimum 2-3 years of strong OCI specific experience • Extensive experience supporting large-scale federal programs • Proven experience architecting and delivering secure cloud solutions in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) • Demonstrated expertise in cross-domain data movement and secure system integration • Experience designing and implementing architectures that meet Non-Class, IL5, and IL6 requirements • Strong understanding of secure software development and federal compliance processes • In-depth knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) services, architectures, and policies • Ability to write and build granular OCI policies • Strong knowledge of identity, networking, computing, and CLI • Ability to set up secure desktop • Strong understanding of cross-domain solutions and secure data transfer mechanisms • Familiarity with federal cybersecurity frameworks and OWASP security models • Knowledge of DevSecOps methodologies and compliance-driven development • Experience with architecture and security design for mission-critical federal systems • Experience designing AI/ML solutions that operate on multi-modal datasets • Infrastructure-as-Code development and automation • Experience leading and mentoring engineering teams in complex technical environments • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders • Experience with Terraform preferred, but not required • OCI Architect Professional Certification preferred, not required
