📋 Description

• Execute manual testing for web applications, platform features, and virtual reality experiences • Perform functional, regression, smoke, exploratory, and user acceptance testing • Develop test plans and test cases validating business requirements and identifying edge cases • Investigate and reproduce reported issues, documenting clear and actionable findings • Create and maintain detailed bug reports with reproduction steps, expected results, actual results, and supporting evidence • Validate bug fixes and confirm resolution before release • Participate in release readiness activities, testing cycles, and quality sign-offs • Contribute to test automation efforts and improve testing efficiency • Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, Clinical Subject Matter Experts, and QA professionals • Maintain testing documentation, standards, and quality assurance best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future • 2+ years of experience in software quality assurance, software testing, or a related role • Strong manual testing skills and understanding of software testing methodologies • Experience creating test plans, test cases, and defect documentation • Ability to identify edge cases, risks, and unexpected user behaviors beyond documented requirements • Experience working within established QA processes and development workflows • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to learn new tools, technologies, and business domains quickly • Exposure to test automation tools, frameworks, or automation best practices • Experience leveraging AI tools to assist with test creation, automation, or QA workflows • Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Linear, or similar issue-tracking platforms • Experience testing web-based applications, SaaS platforms, or mobile applications • Familiarity with virtual reality devices such as Meta Quest or HTC Vive • Exposure to mobile device management platforms and device testing • Interest in healthcare technology, simulation, education technology, or emerging technologies • Experience working in Agile development environments
