📋 Description

• Design and deliver end-to-end AI/ML solutions from data ingestion and modeling through deployment and monitoring • Build and scale modern AI architectures, including generative AI, LLMs, and RAG-based applications • Develop APIs, microservices, and integration layers to embed AI into enterprise systems • Lead evaluation and implementation of AI tools, platforms, and frameworks across the organization • Establish MLOps practices, including automated pipelines, model governance, and performance monitoring • Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into AI-driven solutions with measurable ROI • Optimize and support Empath Health’s Salesforce platform • Enhance system functionality, improve data integrity, and drive user adoption

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field • 5+ years of software development experience • 2+ years building AI/ML solutions • Strong experience with AI/ML frameworks, cloud platforms, and scalable system architecture • Hands-on experience with APIs, microservices, containerization, and large-scale data processing • Solid understanding of data engineering concepts and AI lifecycle management • Strong problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
