• Support and ensure achievement of enterprise goals • Proactively identify and address overlapping financial, clinical, and client-retention risks • Track complex interdepartmental risks and engage stakeholders to increase alignment • Assist in executing risk mitigation strategies • Provide client and initiative performance reports to leadership stakeholders • Serve as a subject matter expert for new products and services affecting multiple departments • Compile, develop, and report on strategic project developments involving interdepartmental risks • Build consultative relationships across departments to understand opportunities, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies • Perform comparative analyses across time frames for clients or Books of Business • Track key statistics for priority clients and initiatives, including clinical utilization and financial performance • Identify, analyze, and communicate trends across the Book of Business and at client level • Collaborate on monitoring, target and goal setting, product strategies, and solutions • Conduct ROI analysis and performance monitoring, and identify enhancements for products and solutions • Use Databricks, Power BI, and DOMO, as well as project-management tools such as Azure DevOps and JIRA • Assist with ad hoc projects involving risk teams • Follow interdepartmental practices and procedures with Finance, UW, and Client Experience • Maintain relationships with Client Account Management, Finance, and Care/Clinical Management • Handle ad hoc requests from Care Management, Client Experience, and Finance teams • Support fellow peers as needed
• Bachelor’s degree • At least 1 year of PBM experience or at least 2 years of experience in Analytics, Finance, Business Intelligence or similar • Excellent oral, writing and presentation skills • Ability to develop and deliver clear, crisp, and customer-focused messages and presentations to all levels of company team members • Strong data science skills using SQL, R, Python, or SAS • Analytical skills, including the ability to perform complex analysis and make recommendations based on statistical inferences • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a deadline-driven environment • Relationship-building and networking skills with internal organization • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite • Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines • Preferred: 1+ years of experience working with healthcare claims data and/or pharmacy data • Preferred: Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or Domo
