📋 Description

• Lead adhesives procurement category responsibilities for NA & EM Segment stakeholders across NA and EMEA • Develop and modify strategies through the strategic sourcing process • Manage negotiations or drive RFx processes for selecting suppliers • Negotiate commercial terms and be responsible for supplier relationship management • Provide risk mitigation strategies for demand management volatility and supply disruptions • Align and influence global and regional strategies according to BU stakeholder needs • Build partnerships with strategic suppliers to bring outside innovation and value creation opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in business, supply chain or related discipline • 5+ years’ experience in Procurement or other supply chain related function • Excellent communication skills (both written and oral) with ability to communicate up and across the organization • Cross functional collaboration and influencing, project management, analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently in heavily matrixed organization • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
