📋 Description

• Own the full creative production pipeline from concept to completion • Use generative AI to produce static images, motion graphics, dynamic ad variants, short-form and long-form video, and educational content • Apply FDA, FTC, and HIPAA advertising guidelines to every creative asset • Rapidly reformat master creative assets for each platform’s native conventions • Own end-to-end AI video production — from script through final export • Produce educational content at scale • Develop and maintain repeatable production systems for educational and long-form content

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field, or equivalent demonstrated experience • A portfolio of AI-generated creative work is a hard requirement for this role • 3+ years in performance creative, paid media, or growth marketing, with demonstrated hands-on use of AI tools to produce and optimize ad content at scale • Proven ability to execute paid creative programs across Meta, Google, and TikTok with measurable impact on ROAS, CAC, or customer acquisition • Experience producing compliant creative within a regulated industry is a strong plus
