📋 Description

• Develop and implement data analytics strategies that integrate AI to enhance predictive analytics capabilities, improve data quality, and support strategic decision-making across the organization. • Lead the exploration and adoption of cutting-edge AI technologies to drive innovation in data analytics processes. • Ensure data analytics initiatives align with Empower’s business goals and regulatory standards. • Provide leadership and mentorship to the data analytics team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment. • Oversee team performance, setting clear objectives and key results (OKRs) aligned with organizational goals. • Optimize data analytics processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness, leveraging AI to streamline operations. • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, or related field; Master’s preferred. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analytics or related roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership position. • Proven track record of leveraging AI to drive business innovation and enhance data analytics capabilities. • Experience in a highly regulated industry, with a deep understanding of data governance and compliance.
