📋 Description

• Lead the roadmap, requirements, and continuous improvement of CPQ capabilities. • Administer and maintain Salesforce CPQ, including product configurations, pricing rules, discounting and approval workflows. • Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain a view of emerging needs and translate business goals into roadmap needs. • Monitor system usage, performance, and adoption; recommend improvements to enhance efficiency. • Develop detailed business requirements, process flows and user stories.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems or related field. • 2+ years as a Salesforce CPQ Administrator or similar role. Salesforce CPQ Specialist certification preferred. • Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ and Zuora. • Understanding of pricing strategies, discount logic, and product bundling concepts. • Familiarity with ERP integrations, product catalog governance, or master data management. • Experience with enterprise pricing models, subscription products, bundled offerings and renewals. • Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills to diagnose and resolve application issues. • Strong communication and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
