• Develop, maintain, and optimize executive-level KPI dashboards tracking key business and strategic performance metrics across LOVB Pro • Partner with Media, Ticketing, Sponsorship, Partnerships, Brand Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams to consolidate and analyze business performance data • Create reporting frameworks and visualization tools supporting league-wide strategic planning and executive decision-making • Translate complex datasets into actionable insights and recommendations for leadership • Monitor league performance against strategic S3 targets and identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities • Provide analytical and operational support to the Pro Leadership Team on strategic initiatives and special projects • Conduct ad hoc analyses related to fan engagement, revenue growth, audience development, commercial performance, and league operations • Support forecasting, scenario planning, and business modeling tied to league growth objectives • Assist with executive presentations, reports, and strategic materials for leadership meetings and external stakeholders • Help establish scalable data processes and reporting standards • Collaborate with functional leaders to identify reporting needs, performance indicators, and business intelligence opportunities • Support data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting systems and dashboards • Serve as an analytical thought partner to stakeholders and contribute to transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills • Experience building dashboards and visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, Looker Studio, or similar platforms • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets with the ability to synthesize and analyze large datasets • Ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously • Comfortable working in ambiguity and helping build scalable processes in a growing organization • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Demonstrated ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally in a remote environment • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Data Analytics, Sports Management, or a related field • Experience working with business performance reporting, KPI tracking, or strategic analytics projects • Preferred: 1–3 years of relevant internship, externship, consulting, analytics, strategy, or business intelligence experience • Preferred: Experience in sports, entertainment, media, consulting, investment banking, startups, or high-growth environments • Preferred: Familiarity with SQL, data modeling, or business intelligence systems • Preferred: Experience supporting executive leadership teams or strategic planning initiatives • Preferred: Passion for women’s sports and interest in helping build the future of professional volleyball • Preferred: Experience creating executive presentations and strategic business materials
