📋 Description

• Embed within a core business area: growth, product, AI and automation, or strategic partnerships • Own the analytical function for the assigned business unit end-to-end • Define the business questions and decisions that analyses should address • Define metrics, build reports, run analyses, and design experiments • Surface data insights that improve key business metrics • Present recommendations to product, growth, finance, or operations counterparts • Explain what is happening, why it is happening, and the recommended next steps • Drive decisions and execute initiatives through completion

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company • Strong analytical skills • Ability to pull, structure, and interpret data independently • Track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering impact • Clear, persuasive communication skills • Ability to influence decisions at the leadership level • Analytical proficiency with Excel, SQL, or Python • First-principles problem-solving ability • Experience defining hypotheses before analyzing data • Experience with SQL (ClickHouse), Metabase, Python, Jupyter Hub, or GitHub • Must currently reside in an eligible U.S. state or Ontario, Canada • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. or Canada
