📋 Description

• Prospect for new corporate clients (companies) • Make first contact with leads through remote channels (phone, WhatsApp, email, social media) • Qualify leads by understanding the client's profile and needs • Maintain and nurture relationships with potential clients • Provide consultative service with a focus on excellence • Schedule meetings and opportunities for the sales team • Support the commercialization of financial products • Monitor the economic environment and market trends • Update information in the CRM and organize the sales pipeline

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree completed or in progress (STEM or Humanities) • Previous customer service experience • Experience in commercial areas, sales or prospecting • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Proactive, organized and results-oriented • Comfortable working with targets and KPIs
