📋 Description

• Own the entire go-to-market motion end to end • Shape the company blog, thought pieces, and perspective on AI • Position founders and researchers as leading voices • Define the product category and translate technical capabilities into developer-focused messaging • Own the company brand, website, and social cadence across X and LinkedIn • Coordinate product releases and announcements across press, podcasts, and events • Build developer and enterprise interest and pipeline • Drive and capture demand • Build and manage partnerships and creator relationships • Handle and manage customer support • Set up and run marketing automations and go-to-market tooling • Execute and own a full product launch • Drive consistent inbound demand • Establish Empromptu AI as a credible voice in AI for B2B SaaS • Help drive the company to its ARR goal • Own a repeatable go-to-market motion connecting content, launches, partnerships, and automation to revenue • Work closely with the CEO, product, and engineering teams • Make decisions, test ideas quickly, and iterate in real time

🎯 Requirements

• Ideally have experience targeting CIOs and/or developers • Ideally have run a marketing agency for clients or built a marketing function from zero at a start-up • Broad tactical marketing capabilities across narrative, launches, demand, growth experiments, social, SEO, and email • 5+ years of professional expertise and experience operating in ambiguous environments • Exceptional clear, technical, and fast writing • Ability to distinguish credible work from hype and premature ideas • Fluency in the AI industry and ability to credibly discuss models and APIs with engineers and researchers • Complete ownership and goal-oriented thinking • Analytical ability to create systems that clearly show ROI while balancing creativity • Product marketing and go-to-market experience • Experience bringing a new product to market • Proven ability to generate and grow revenue • Ability to execute independently with limited direction • Comfort owning multiple functions in a zero-to-one environment • Experience with Attio, Intercom, Customer.io, Zapier, or similar automation platforms (nice-to-have) • Experience working with early-stage B2B SaaS companies (nice-to-have) • Background in technical or developer-focused products (nice-to-have)
