📋 Description

• Drive successful delivery of high-impact, cross-functional technology initiatives from discovery through deployment and operational readiness • Shape delivery roadmaps • Align cross-functional teams and external partners • Keep key milestones, scope, and financial commitments on track • Provide visible, active accountability and personal ownership of project success • Leverage understanding of the software development lifecycle to test assumptions, ask insightful questions, anticipate downstream impacts, and focus teams on high-impact progress • Build stakeholder trust • Facilitate timely decisions • Resolve roadblocks early • Rally diverse teams around shared commitments and measurable business value • Translate business strategies into actionable project plans • Own projects across the complete lifecycle • Manage critical-path dependencies • Lead projects using Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban • Manage resource and change management activities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related area required, or a combination of education and progressively responsible work experience may be substituted • Minimum of five (5) years’ IT experience required • Minimum of three (3) years’ experience managing IT projects • Experience translating business strategies into actionable project plans • Critical-thinking and problem-solving ability • Experience challenging assumptions, asking informed questions, evaluating trade-offs, and converting complex information into clear decisions and actions • Working knowledge of the end-to-end software development lifecycle • Experience owning projects across the complete lifecycle • Experience managing critical-path dependencies • Experience aligning scope and delivery decisions to measurable business value and outcomes • Experience leading projects with Agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, required • Experience with projects involving cloud technologies required • Experience in resource management and change management techniques required • Proficiency in MS Project required • Intermediate proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required • PMP certification or another recognized project management certification preferred • Change management or Lean Six Sigma certifications preferred • Experience with project portfolio management tools preferred • Experience with Google Cloud Platform preferred • Experience with Continuous Discovery and Delivery frameworks preferred • Experience in regulated industries preferred • Ability to participate in internal and external meetings via video calls • Ability to work onsite at corporate or client offices as necessary
