📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable automated test solutions for web, API, and mobile applications • Implement AI-assisted automation using Windsurf and Katalon Studio AI Assist • Build and maintain automated test suites using Playwright, Katalon Studio, and other modern automation frameworks • Champion Shift-Left testing through automated smoke testing during pull requests and throughout the software development lifecycle • Integrate automated testing into GitLab and Jenkins CI/CD pipelines • Create and maintain automation standards, reusable frameworks, and engineering best practices • Support multiple product teams with automation strategy, framework implementation, and troubleshooting • Analyze test execution results, identify quality risks, and communicate findings to technical stakeholders • Collaborate with software engineers, Product Owners, and DevOps teams to improve application quality and testability • Evaluate emerging AI-driven testing technologies and recommend improvements to the automation ecosystem

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Quality Engineering with a strong focus on test automation • Proven experience designing and developing automated testing frameworks for enterprise applications • Expert-level experience with Playwright, Katalon Studio, Selenium, Sauce Labs, and Micro Focus ALM • Hands-on experience integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines using GitLab, Jenkins, or similar platforms • Experience automating both UI and API testing • Strong programming and scripting skills • Experience working within Agile development teams • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams • Preferred: experience using AI-assisted development or automation tools such as Windsurf and Katalon Studio AI Assist • Preferred: experience implementing Shift-Left testing strategies • Preferred: experience supporting cloud-native applications and modern DevOps practices • Preferred: familiarity with healthcare technology or other highly regulated industries • Preferred: experience mentoring engineers and promoting automation best practices across teams • Ability to go into corporate or client offices to work onsite, as necessary
