📋 Description

• Contribute to the validation test solutions used in server hardware manufacturing facilities • Contribute to the end-to-end architecture, definition, development, and production deployment of software applications and infrastructure across customers and manufacturing regions • Design and develop hardware validation test systems for high-volume manufacturing, including server-level (L10) and rack-level (L11/L12) systems • Create test plans, test cases, and test scripts for motherboard, memory, CPU, storage, and PCIe devices • Create, validate, release, and maintain test software and scripts that automate testing • Control test equipment, collect and analyze data, and generate test reports • Support and maintain manufacturing server and rack-level test software and infrastructure in production facilities • Implement minor system configuration changes for new product variants or revisions • Maintain comprehensive documentation of test procedures, specifications, and infrastructure • Collaborate with hardware engineering, manufacturing engineering, and quality assurance teams • Interface with internal engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams and end customers • Travel domestically and internationally up to 10%

🎯 Requirements

• BS degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field is preferred; relevant experience will also be considered • Minimum of 5–8 years of experience in manufacturing test development/sustaining with enterprise server, storage, or networking products is required • Experience with server hardware interaction, validation, and configuration • Hands-on experience with hardware-based validation and manufacturing test systems • Experience in 2–3 core skill areas required, with ability to expand skillset • Experience with Python, Java, Bash, C, or C++ preferred/valuable • Linux development expertise, including CentOS or Ubuntu fundamentals • Experience with IPMI, Redfish, mprime, FIO, Linpack, ptugen, memtester, or iperf for controlling, managing, and stressing L10 devices • Specific strengths in Redfish and IPMI, with ability to explain recent use • Experience creating and configuring VMware virtual machines, including DHCP, PXE boot, and nginx • Knowledge of enterprise Ethernet datacenter switching/routing across L1, L2, and L3, including BGP, DHCP Relay, and ECMP • Arista CloudVision is a plus • Experience with code versioning tools, preferably Git • Strong knowledge of professional software engineering practices across the software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, and operations • Experience working in multi-site and multi-cultural environments • Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 10% • Master’s degree in EE/CE or Computer Science is preferred • 10+ years of experience in the electronics manufacturing industry is preferred • Experience with test architecture design and methodology is preferred • Experience with hyperscale customers and environments is preferred • Experience with 5+ core skills is preferred • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Conventional Monday–Friday schedule of 40 hours per week
