📋 Description

• Build and ship verified cross-functional AI agents, skills, and Glean projects for workflows shared across business units • Own verified artifacts as products with defined scope, absorbing owners, feedback cadences, versioning, and update paths • Establish and enforce verification standards, quality bars, launch gates, monitoring, and post-launch reviews • Design and run evaluations using real user intents and measured fallback and error rates • Diagnose and fix platform-level agent failures and escalate genuine product gaps with reproducible cases • Conduct workflow discovery across WWE, UFC, IMG, PBR, On Location, and corporate functions • Identify reusable capabilities underneath local requests and prioritize what belongs in the verified core • Maintain a live view of workflow coverage and promote proven business-unit patterns into the core • Build and maintain a pattern library of templates, examples, and reference instruction sets • Run hands-on agent-building working sessions and transfer capability to business teams • Design and deliver practical agent-building training and hand materials to the change and enablement team • Prepare Wave 2 starter agents, worked examples, and role-based starting-point content • Maintain visibility into the verified-core roadmap and demand prioritization • Issue weekly written updates, maintain action logs, and surface risks early • In the first 90 days, ship verified artifacts, map workflows, deliver training cohorts, establish owners and monitoring, and promote a business-unit agent into the verified core

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrable portfolio of AI agents, assistants or automations personally built and shipped into production use by other people • Ability to analyze real business workflows and translate them into technical solutions • Deep hands-on fluency with at least one enterprise AI platform, including Glean, Copilot, Claude, Agentforce, or comparable platforms • Prompt and instruction design, retrieval and permissions behavior, and tool and action wiring • Ability to design and run evaluations using real user-intent test sets, success criteria, and fallback and error-rate measurements • Ability to diagnose retrieval, permissions, instruction, source-coverage, and intent-scope causes of agent failure • Experience teaching others to build through training, enablement sessions, office hours, or a documented pattern library • Judgment working across autonomous business units or divisions • Evidence of building reusable supported capabilities, shared components, templates, or platform assets • Based in the United States and able to work a full East Coast business day • Preferred: experience owning enterprise-tool adoption and usage outcomes • Preferred: business analysis, process mapping, or solutions consulting background • Preferred: demand intake and prioritization experience across multiple business units • Preferred: AI governance experience • Preferred: program management discipline • Preferred: strategic vendor relationship experience • Preferred: enablement or change management background • Preferred: experience in multi-brand or federated operating environments • Preferred: media, sports, entertainment, or live events exposure
