📋 Description

• Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas and pipeline objectives for collections, skip tracing, and contact enrichment solutions • Own a named book of agency and debt buyer accounts, including retention and expansion targets • Prospect into contingency agencies, debt buyers, and first-party outsourcers by phone, email, and LinkedIn • Work inbound leads, demo requests, and RFP/RFI invitations • Execute the full sales process from opportunity identification and qualification through proof of concept, pricing, negotiation, and contract signing • Displace incumbent data providers through match-rate and right-party contact tests • Collaborate with sales engineers and analytics teams on data tests, pilots, and results presentations • Run quarterly business reviews using client performance data • Expand existing accounts into adjacent use cases • Negotiate renewals and annual volume commitments • Monitor usage and match-rate trends and intervene to prevent churn • Maintain forecasting and pipeline reporting in HubSpot • Develop knowledge of the competitive data landscape, agency economics, and regulatory developments • Present the Enformion platform and lead product demonstrations • Represent Enformion at industry events

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of quota-carrying B2B sales experience • At least 2 years selling into collections, receivables management, financial services, or another compliance-heavy buying environment • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales quota in a solution-selling B2B environment • Ability to build relationships with Operations, Compliance, and Analytics stakeholders at collection agencies and debt buyers • Experience independently running a full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, proof of concept, negotiation, and close • Comfort with outbound cold calling and self-generated pipeline • Ability to translate data capabilities into right-party contact rate, liquidation/recovery rate, and cost-per-dollar-collected metrics • Disciplined CRM hygiene and forecasting habits • Self-direction to build a productive week in a fully remote role across multiple time zones • Nice-to-have: ARM industry experience, regulatory knowledge, skip tracing and data waterfall familiarity, industry network, usage-based/data-licensing pricing familiarity, or adjacent-vertical sales experience
