📋 Description

• Specialize in a specific consumer lending brand through a comprehensive 3-week training program • Process loan applications while meeting established quality standards • Handle a queue of loan applications • Receive inbound customer calls regarding loan applications • Make outbound calls to verify application details and request additional information • Resolve customer issues by phone, email, or fax • Keep customer accounts updated with accurate information

🎯 Requirements

• Eligible to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available • Prior call center experience is a plus • Proven background in fast-paced customer service environments • Exceptional communication and active listening skills • Proven history of professionalism and empathy in customer interactions • Ability to thrive in a high-volume environment • Exceptional adaptability and multitasking skills • Comfortable utilizing new technology • Proven ability to excel in a remote work environment • Must reside in AZ, IA, ID, IL, IN, MN, MO, NM, NV, UT, WI, or WY
