📋 Description

• Process a queue of loan applications while ensuring compliance with established quality standards • Receive inbound customer calls regarding loan applications • Make outbound calls to verify application details and request additional information • Resolve customer issues through phone, email, or fax • Keep customer accounts updated with accurate information

🎯 Requirements

• Prior call center experience is a plus • Proven background in fast-paced customer service environments • Exceptional communication and active listening skills • Proven professionalism and empathy in customer interactions • Ability to thrive in a high-volume environment • Exceptional adaptability and multitasking skills • Comfortable utilizing new technology • Proven ability to excel in a remote work environment • Eligible to work in the United States • Must reside in AZ, IA, ID, IL, IN, MN, MO, NM, NV, UT, WI, or WY • Enova is not able to sponsor visas or take over sponsorship
