📋 Description

• Ensure the product meets dealer expectations. • Ensure dealership configurations and network setups are complete and adequate for optimal product performance. • Conduct live data validation with dealership stakeholders. • Create dealership champions for implementation and onboarding success. • Set up implementation and onboarding teams for success. • Provide ongoing training materials for new and existing dealerships. • Conduct product tours with dealership stakeholders after data validation. • Work with Sales Representatives to address unmet product expectations.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience training large groups and individuals virtually or in person. • Experience working with software, including troubleshooting, triage, and learning software systems. • Experience in a professional environment. • Experience in data validation and conducting product tours. • Ability to provide Level 1 and Level 2 customer support, troubleshoot issues, create service tickets, and manage Service Desk queues. • Familiarity with UpdatePromise products and UI testing. • Automotive industry experience is a significant plus.
