📋 Description

• Create and document example code and fully functional applications using various IDEs and programming languages for display and controller platforms • Collaborate with Engineering teams to demonstrate integration of third-party embedded UI/UX frameworks such as Qt and Crank Storyboard • Develop expertise in Enovation Controls software platforms, including OpenPV and PowerVision • Assist customers in building applications for Enovation Controls hardware and open hardware such as Raspberry Pi and BeagleBone • Provide customer support and develop instructional content to ensure successful use of Enovation Controls software and hardware platforms • Provide software engineering with customer feedback as the voice of the customer • Analyze customer issues and feature requests with engineering teams to resolve issues and develop backlogs

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of two years of industry experience developing code for embedded applications • Proficient in one or more programming languages: C#, C++, or Python, in an embedded environment • Proficient in Visual Studio, QT Creator, VS Code, or similar IDEs • Ability to learn new technologies, software languages, and IDEs through self-directed means • Demonstrated ability to diagnose software problems using sound debugging and troubleshooting techniques • Effective communication of technical subjects in an easy-to-consume instructional manner • Self-directed, able to scope and complete projects with limited direction, independently or in a team environment • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field preferred • Software debugging experience preferred • Web development skills: Node.js, HTML/CSS preferred • Electrical engineering aptitude preferred • Knowledge of industrial communication buses: CAN, Ethernet, and MODBUS preferred
