📋 Description

• Drive research, design, and development efforts for new products and solutions aligned with organizational strategy and market needs • Translate customer insights and emerging trends into actionable, data-driven product concepts and roadmaps • Identify and analyze market trends, customer insights, and performance data to inform innovation opportunities and product direction • Develop and advance concepts from ideation through prototype • Assess feasibility and refine solutions to support adoption and competitive advantage • Collaborate with product development, marketing, and operations partners to validate ideas and align priorities • Ensure execution viability across cross-functional initiatives • Provide data-driven recommendations and support innovation initiatives using agile methodologies and design thinking • Accelerate delivery and measurable business impact
