📋 Description

• Serve as a trusted advisor to executives and operating businesses on operational, compliance, and other legal matters • Lead the drafting, review, and negotiation of a range of commercial agreements • Design, implement, and monitor compliance programs and policies to ensure adherence to applicable laws • Balance legal risk and business objectives to enable informed, high-quality decision-making • Collaborate with the legal team to ensure consistent, high-quality legal support

🎯 Requirements

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school and active U.S. state bar membership in good standing • 6+ years of relevant legal experience, with a strong focus on drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, including commercial leases • Strong business judgment with an entrepreneurial, strategic mindset • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment • Ability to translate complex legal/regulatory issues into clear, actionable guidance
