📋 Description

• Provide comprehensive support and maintenance for the Microsoft Intune mobility platform, including configuration, deployment, and ongoing management of mobile devices • Investigate and resolve Tier II support tickets related to Intune functionality, derived credentials, and mobile device management • Collaborate with Tier I support and other relevant teams to resolve issues promptly • Create, configure, and manage device profiles, policies, and compliance rules in Intune • Troubleshoot device enrollment, synchronization, and management issues • Implement and maintain derived credentials for mobile devices and integrate derived credential solutions with Intune • Monitor and analyze the Intune environment using enterprise security and monitoring solutions • Identify and respond to security incidents, performance issues, and vulnerabilities • Create and maintain documentation for Intune configurations, troubleshooting steps, and issue-resolution procedures • Generate reports tracking device compliance, security incidents, and performance trends • Stay current with Intune features, security best practices, and industry trends • Share knowledge and provide training to Tier I support teams and end users • Follow and perform ITIL incident, problem, and requirements management • Develop and implement test strategies and document results • Receive mentoring for MDM AirWatch solution design and implementation from the solutions architect

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related degree • 3 years’ work experience as a Network/System Administrator supporting, maintaining, and troubleshooting MDM systems and smart devices (Apple, Android tablets and smartphones, Windows iOS, etc.) • Admin-level experience with firewalls, VPN, DNS, general network, and network security infrastructure • Strong understanding of server configuration and maintenance, including Windows Server, Exchange, Office 365, Azure AD, Active Directory, IIS, Apache, Linux platforms, other mail systems, and web certificates such as SSL and IIS • Experience with ITIL-based service management workflow applications, including incident, problem, and requirements management • Security administration experience, including authentication and certificate systems • Technical certifications or demonstrable experience supporting MDM products, focused on Microsoft Intune • Ability to work with minimal supervision • Excellent written, verbal communication, and documentation skills • Ability to mentor, teach, and grow a small team • Must be eligible to obtain a Department of Homeland Security EOD clearance, requiring U.S. citizenship and a favorable background investigation
