📋 Description

• Independently source new business leads, proactively pursue opportunities, set up opportunities, and close transactions • Maintain strong communication cadence with investors, capture evolving investment criteria, and earn repeat investment • Create and lead pitch meetings for new investors representing Enterprise’s mission and opportunity set • Maximize cross-sell opportunities by representing the full breadth and depth of Enterprise • Navigate complex organizations autonomously toward mutually beneficial outcomes • Understand available opportunities and nurture relationships into trusted advisor relationships • Represent Enterprise externally • Develop talent across the team

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Urban Planning or related field • 5+ years LIHTC underwriting and/or LIHTC fund execution experience • Strong understanding of LIHTC structuring and investor underwriting processes • Advanced Excel modeling • Strong written and oral communication • Salesforce familiarity preferred • Must obtain or hold FINRA SIE, Series 22, and Series 63 licenses • Willing to travel up to ~40% for internal events, conferences and investor meetings
