• Prepare for the anticipated launch of tirabrutinib for relapsed or refractory primary central nervous system lymphoma • Lead a regional sales team and shape launch readiness • Develop and execute regional business plans aligned with organizational strategy • Analyze market dynamics, customer segments, and business performance • Identify customer needs and align organizational resources • Provide strategic input on commercial planning, tools, resources, and field execution • Develop data-driven business performance assessments and recommendations • Lead team execution to achieve or exceed business objectives • Ensure effective use of CRM systems and other tools • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver a compliant customer experience • Optimize territory alignment, customer targeting, and field activities • Complete required administrative and compliance activities • Coach, develop, and manage performance of the sales team • Establish performance expectations and implement targeted development plans • Attract, develop, and retain talent • Partner with Market Access, Marketing, Medical, Commercial Operations, and Training • Share insights and best practices across teams • Promote integrity, accountability, collaboration, and patient focus • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements • Manage regional budgets and operational activities
• Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, or related discipline • 12+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry • 3+ years of front-line malignant hematology sales experience • 5+ years of experience in malignant hematology or oncology sales leadership roles • Experience recruiting, organizing, developing, and retaining a cohesive, high-performing sales team • Proven track record of delivering results in competitive, complex environments • Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and inform business strategy • Experience collaborating with cross-functional partners • Strong communication, leadership presence, and interpersonal skills • Oncology or specialty pharmaceutical experience preferred • Experience in rare disease and/or complex, access-driven markets preferred • Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MPH, PharmD, PhD) preferred
