📋 Description

• Serve as the commercial contact with senior government officials, regulators, and customers in the US State and Federal Government • Lead business growth efforts and build relationships with leaders to identify customer needs and competitor activities • Develop and implement customer-based sales strategies • Identify business growth opportunities and facilitate business development • Collaborate with APX delivery teams to capture and deliver APX products from business development through final invoice • Update customer sales plans in D365, including opportunity status, order status, and customer engagement documentation • Collaborate with the Global Markets team on customer needs and voice of customer • Foster executive customer relationships and government, regulatory, and public/media interfaces • Represent Westinghouse in industrial and nuclear organizations • Provide leadership and communicate and implement policies, procedures, training, compliance, document management, systems maintenance, and IT processes • Approve proposals and contracts with customers, suppliers, and other organizations • Help develop APX mid- and long-term business plans and implement new business strategies • Communicate strategic customer information, planned expenditures, and competitor intelligence to Growth Leaders and Product Managers

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • 10+ years' experience in Nuclear or Energy Industry • Knowledge of nuclear utility industry and regulatory environment • Knowledge of global marketing principles and industry practices • Knowledge of strategic planning processes • Knowledge of negotiation approaches, commercial terms and conditions, and contract administration • Knowledge of Government State and Federal Customer work processes and internal cultures • Understanding of business planning and processes
