📋 Description

• Develop and execute growth strategy for Utilities • Expand existing client relationships and drive sustainable revenue growth • Lead business development, including opportunity qualification, solution strategy, proposal development, pricing, and executive presentations • Partner with sales, marketing, and practice leaders on industry offerings, thought leadership, strategic partnerships, and go-to-market initiatives • Build and scale the practice by identifying capability gaps, recruiting consulting talent, mentoring consultants, and establishing operational processes • Provide executive oversight and strategic leadership for Utilities consulting engagements • Ensure successful delivery, exceptional client outcomes, and long-term account growth • Serve as executive sponsor and senior advisor on key client engagements • Collaborate with delivery teams to maintain high-quality execution and consulting best practices • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with measurable business value • Contribute subject matter expertise to strategic client initiatives while remaining selectively billable on high-impact engagements

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of consulting or professional services experience • Demonstrated leadership delivering complex business and technology transformation initiatives • Significant experience working with utility clients • Strong understanding of the utility industry's business, operational, regulatory, and technology landscape • Experience leading consulting engagements in AI & Analytics, Digital Transformation, Strategy & Operations, Technology & Cloud, Grid Modernization, or related areas • Ability to connect industry challenges with business and technology solutions • Proven success developing executive-level client relationships and expanding consulting opportunities • Experience leading the full business development lifecycle, including opportunity qualification, solution development, proposals, pricing, presentations, and contract negotiations • Track record of growing accounts, capabilities, or consulting practices • Experience leading multidisciplinary consulting teams and mentoring managers, consultants, and technical professionals • Ability to manage both growth and delivery responsibilities • Strong executive presence and communication skills • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, technology, or a related field • Advanced degree preferred
