📋 Description

• Drive commercial performance across a territory of accounts for a large portfolio of spirit brands • Leverage brand programming, education, and agency resources to provide value for customers and account gatekeepers • Maintain all legal and marketing code guidelines • Drive brand presence, share, and velocity in accounts using strategic engagement activities and business-focused solutions • Plan, track, and implement brand and portfolio engagement using performance data • Gain insight into consumer trends to inform customer engagement sessions • Identify merchandising opportunities by understanding portfolio priorities • Manage budgets and expenses • Complete reporting responsibilities • Track and manage performance data using agency-appointed platforms • Participate in internal training initiatives • Manage point of sale, assets, and warehouse operations • Curate brand, market, competitive, and customer insights • Serve as key liaison between the portfolio, distributor, manager, and customers within the coverage territory • Develop and deepen knowledge in spirits categories and verbal and written presentation skills • Exceed commercial growth goals within the territory • Deliver program activities and communicate success stories to agency and client partners

🎯 Requirements

• Must be based within a 30-minute commuting distance of the designated market • Minimum 3 years of experience in the bev-alc industry • Distributor or broker experience is a plus • Bar/restaurant/hotel operator experience is a plus • Growing network of industry professionals in market • Knowledge of liquor laws, regulations, and rules • Interest in growing knowledge in spirits history/production and cocktail culture • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Persuasive selling and negotiation skills are required • Ability to tailor communications for a variety of on-premise environments • Deep understanding of market and industry trends • Strong budget management skills • Ability to work remotely • Ability to work flexible hours and travel on an ad hoc basis including nights and weekends required • Must have access to reliable transportation to travel to and from accounts • Desire for mentorship and willingness to contribute to team culture • Bilingual (English and Spanish-speaking) a plus • Ability to manage administrative tasks with attention to agency compliance guidelines and standards • Ability to lift and move cases of product and other objects of 50 pounds or more • Ability to bend, squat, crouch, reach, climb, kneel, and stoop
