📋 Description

• Serve as a subject matter expert on Entrata’s suite of products and consulting processes • Develop effective customer relationships and support unique business goals • Guide Small Market and Mid-Market customers on system configuration and implementation strategies • Resolve client concerns and provide business-aligned solutions • Maintain communication with project team members for seamless project execution • Identify opportunities to improve consulting methodologies and processes • Lead ResidentVerify configuration and ensure screening workflows meet customer needs • Facilitate handoff to post-implementation support teams • Analyze customer goals and recommend aligned system configurations • Provide timely, accurate consultation throughout implementation • Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders across project stages • Independently manage daily tasks using sound judgment and best practices • Travel for client meetings, industry events, and company gatherings as required • Maintain professional interactions with internal and external stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required • Minimum of 2 years of related experience in SaaS, consulting, or property management implementation • Strong understanding of customer service and consulting within a SaaS or software implementation environment • Proficient communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills • High attention to detail and ability to work independently on moderately complex assignments • Ability to identify and resolve non-standard problems using professional knowledge and Entrata best practices • Solid experience with the Google Suite of products • Previous experience in the multi-family, proptech, or related industries preferred • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively by meeting deadlines and managing workload efficiently • Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-stress environment • Ability to travel for client meetings, industry events, and company gatherings as required • Ability to use company-approved GenAI tools • Ability to audit AI outputs for factual accuracy, brand alignment, and hallucinations • Ability to protect proprietary and Personally Identifiable Information (PII) data • Ability to craft clear, context-rich prompts • Eligible to work in the United States; Entrata hires for this role in Arizona, Idaho, Utah, Wyoming, Texas, North Carolina, Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Illinois for exempt roles, and Arizona, Idaho, Utah, Wyoming, Texas, North Carolina, and Florida for non-exempt roles
