📋 Description

• Define project scope and create, maintain, and drive project plans to completion • Monitor and drive day-to-day operational aspects of projects • Manage project scope, delegate tasks, and ensure milestones are achieved for timely EMR-Link implementations • Proactively identify project risks, analyze solutions, and resolve issues • Maintain project documentation and communicate project status to management • Run strategic and project-focused meetings • Serve as the EMR and EMR-Link technical expert during implementation • Guide and educate the implementation team throughout the implementation process • Collaborate with implementation, laboratory, and radiology teams to improve documentation, tools, training, and implementation processes • Deliver integration solutions that improve clinical workflows, interoperability, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience • 5 or more years’ experience using or implementing Centricity EMR or other EMRs • Working knowledge of laboratory and/or radiology clinical operations • Project management experience leading day-to-day operations • Proven successes leading Healthcare IT programs • Working knowledge of HL7 and interface implementations • Well grounded in computer, network, and internet technologies • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to communicate complex issues clearly and concisely • Ability to write customer-facing documentation • Ability to work from home and work effectively remotely • Experience and focus on delivering quality solutions to customers
